That's It, Folks

As announced on December 18, this was the last post on the Rocking-Byrd and Rocking--Byrd blogs. There will be no new post in 2011.

The blogs will stay up until January 30, 2011, so hurry up if there's something you want to download.

If you come across dead or broken links, please let me know so I can re-upload the files and update the links (that is, until January 25, 2011).

The blogs will be taken down on February 1, 2011.

Many thanks to all those who have supported the blogs during all these years.

  1. I'm so delighted that I found your blog again, sorry to see that it will be all over soon!
Still cherish the Rhode Island 69
show I had requested and got from you!
Hopefully I will be able to grab some gems before your blog closes.

  2. Hello, it's me again!
It seems that the files to the "Alternate Fifth Dimension" are no longer available, can you please help?
And while I'm at it, did you ever come across the Byrds/Flying Burrito Brothers jam from the Boston Tea Party in February 1969?
I've been looking for this for ages now!
    Thanks.

  3. The "Alternate Fifth Dimension" was removed because some of the tracks were released officially. So I can re-up it, sorry.

Yes I have the Byrds / Burritos 1969 BTP concert, but as said earlier, there will be no new post.

  4. Hello again, Rocking-Byrd.
Just to make sure, what I've been searching for ages is the Byrds' encore from Febr. 23rd, 69, most of the Burritos joined the Byrds for over an hour.
    Quote from "Burritobrother.com":
"They did every song they could think of"
I had given up hope ever to stumble over this, as I thought it
    is not in circulation.
    Do you really have this?
I can fully understand that you are
no longer in the mood for new uploads, although it makes my heart heavy.
As I said, just like to know if this is around.

  6. Hello again!
For the last time thanks for all the fantastic stuff you shared!
Also now I can understand a bit more why you cannot upload the Byrds/Burritos show from the Boston Tea Party.
If you ever feel you can pass it on, you may find me easily on the Rolling Stones IORR forum!
    Happy Trails!
