Re-uploads - please read
Many links were updated lately, upon request.
I'm sorry to notice that according to the statistics sent to me by the file host, many requested files weren't downloaded at all.
I'm sure you'll understand that I can't go on working on this for nothing and nobody.
From now on, no files will be re-uploaded until all the requested ones have been downloaded at least once.

As one who is prone to comment, can I explain that I do not usually download a corrected copy if the corrections are only to the artwork or tags, neither of which I use. This explains why, for example, I did not download the newer version of the show at Massey Hall, Toronto, having suggested that the year should have been 1970 and not 1971.
