THE BYRDS - Lincoln Folk Festival, England, U.K.
July 24, 1971
Roger McGuinn
Clarence White
Gene Parsons
Skip Battin
Note : The 1971 Lincoln Festival featured James Taylor, The Byrds, Tom Paxton, Buffy St Marie, Sonny Terry & Brownie Mcghee, Tim Hardin, Pentangle, The Incredible String Band, Sandy Denny, Steeleye Span, Ralph Mctell, Dave Swarbrick and Martin Carthy and Dion.
The Byrds were booked to play an acoustic set at Lincoln, because of the fantastic way they went down playing acoustic at the previous year's Bath Festival. However, they again stole the show by being the only band at Lincoln to play an electric set.
